I have been using Hagen's since the 1980's. It's built on family values. I remember when the current owner was a kid hanging out there helping his family. I even bought (I believe it was his sister's) homemade soap when they sold it out of there. Have to be honest the homemade soap wasn't a repeat purchase.
The point I am making is that this place has always had a family type atmosphere and staff have always been great. Perhaps the fact I am a customer of near 40 years biases me but I have stayed with them because they have never done me wrong.
I once had the front half of a parts car delivered there. That was in the days they would call you to tell you a package had arrived and they didn't have an annex warehouse. The call went to the effect of "A trucking company just dropped half a car on the sidewalk out front, do you think you could come get it? it's blocking our door!" I don't suggest anyone has something that big delivered without please checking with them first; but the point I am making is they accommodated their customer.
Times have changed, they now alert you through email and have an online portal. The days of the friendly phone call are gone. Going digital has offered a new feature I like. They have the option where you can put a positive balance against your account so that you don't need to find cash when picking up parcels. This is very handy if you are a frequent receiver or you are sending someone on your approved pickup list to get your package.
Check out their services. Ask for Steve if you need to discuss their products and services or have suggestions. He is always willing to listen and has been there forever.
I'm not just saying good things about them because I am a long term customer. The reason I am a long term customer is because they have been around that long under the same same family management and that says a lot about who they are.

Kelly & Steve, Kathy, Julie, Stephen and all the staff are amazing! Terrific customer service. Very friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming to Hagen’s of Blaine for years. They never disappoint. Join me in supporting them again now that the border is opened up and keep these folks in business

This guy was nothing but rude to me and my family I do not recommend this place for anything cause it is just rubbish treatment so I will never ever go here if it was my last place to shop rude man owns it . If I could give you zero stars I would!!

I've had well over 100 packages delivered there and they are some of the nicest staff I've ever met. I have no idea why people are leaving less than 5 stars. I've been coming here for at least 6 years now and never had a bad experience.

I'd ignore those that are leaving negative reviews. They are open when they say they are, staff is friendly, pricing is fair.
