This parking garage doesn’t have adequate signage, so when you return to the garage after an event, it can be very confusing how to get back to your car. Plus the exit signs are only visible once you’re already exiting. Why is there a full wall between the cathedral section of the garage and the rest of it? If that wall wasn’t there, we could’ve found our parking spot again EASILY

Do NOT recommend parking here on either a monthly basis or for an event. They have two lanes to enter and only one to exit. You can get stuck for over an hour because the machine doesn’t work and won’t accept people’s credit cards. Eventually they will just open the gate but not until people complain. I paid for monthly parking because I work nearby and had to cancel after getting stuck for over an hour too many times. Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst parking garage EVER! We watched a matinee and have been at a dead stop to get out for over 28 minutes! When I got out my car to walk to the exit, the lady said the “crossover” gate was closed. You pay by the hour… great way to make more money. Last play I will come to down here!

They never answer the phone. i tried with my discover credit card. didn't work. Then I had tried all of my cards(credit and debt, including visas master, gs). failed to pay. as a result, i got parking fine ticket. if you pay within 10 days, it is $25, more than 10 days, it is $75.

guy scammed me off a bunch of money when using apple pay when my parking was only 25$ and girl wouldnt let me parking garage. this place is absolute worst

They never answer the phone. I don’t know why they have it on there. It’s very hard to find their office as well. Not sure about how the parking it self will be.

Estuvimos una hora sin poder salir del estacionamiento, personas entraron en pánico que llegaron bomberos y médicos. Los bomberos abrieron la plumilla para salir. Familias decidieron dejar sus carros e irse por los niños. Una persona fue muy amable y estuvo ayudando, se bajo de su vehículo a ayudar con los pagos y estuvo pagando de su bolsillo por que no se por que algunas tarjetas no entraba el pago de varios vehículos, una chica con soporte en su pierna ayudó bastante también dando su tiket pagado. Gente buena ayudo a otros conductores pero esto se prolongó y no llegaba nadie a ayudar. Al llegar los bomberos inmediatamente llega personal del establecimiento
