Ellen is incredibly knowledgeable and effective in her work. My colleague and I were doing our best with social media, but Ellen helped us navigate and streamline what we do to increase the visibility of our messaging and marketing. Social media can be very time consuming and she gave us great ideas to help streamline our efforts and reduce the burden. She is great to work with as she was very supportive, understanding, and empathized with our struggles around social media. Her reassurance helped us feel more confident and hopeful. Hello Social was our social media and marketing partner for the Bellefonte Victorian Christmas. Their support was vital in getting information out to the local area as well as advertising the event outside to strategic areas. They developed a plan and prepared postings, but also were responsive to our late requests to promote new or changing events or priorities. They listened to our input in helping to craft the marketing efforts and became part of our planning team, not just an outside agency. Overall they grew our audience on our social media accounts which will help us reach out further and get important info out before and during the event. They also produced a report for us to digest results and plan better for the future. We appreciated and enjoyed working with them and look forward to continued support and collaboration in the future. Great Job!!

Ellen and her team were a huge help to me. I wanted to relaunch a retail business I had once run as a brick and mortar. This time I was going to go totally online with it. I needed help with setting up a Shopify storefront and integration with a Facebook and Instagram account. Hello Social was so great to work with. Shopify was basically “ready to open for business” when they were through. They created a landing page and entered my first group of inventory. With that much already done, it was easy for me to then learn how to add more inventory and change and edit text to suit my business. Ellen held a couple training sessions with me and answered numerous questions by text. I thought that the pricing structure was extremely reasonable given the amount of time they spent getting me ready to go.
I’m sure that someone who never had a website could struggle and set up a Shopify account on their own but I would wholeheartedly suggest they use Hello Social to do it. Then they can enter the world of online business with a solid understanding of how it works.
I am very happy with the service Ellen provided me and recommend Hello Social with no reservations.
