These people prey on the weak and vulnerable. Why is it that certain residents have complete disregard for the rule? It clearly states that trash can must not be visible from the view of the street, and here we have one resident who leaves his out with garbage hanging out the rubbish can and on the ground around it. It's been this way for quite some time now, 2+ years, to be exact. Here is a photo from Google Maps from last year to show that nothing has changed. It looks terrible, especially when it's filled and overflowing. You may not have been aware ( I don't see how) but now that it's been brought to your attention I need something to be done about this. THIS IS IN THE LAURELWOOD LANE Subdivision. Micheal Swords refusing to do his job after I submitted a valid violation he is more interested in who I am and where I live I told him out of fear of retaliation I prefer to remain anonymous he still refused to substantiate the claims or investigate unless I give my name and address which I refused to they have a history of sharing sensitive information regarding residents in order to cause turmoil and friction amongst neighbors. Since one person can do it and get away with for years why shouldn't the rest of us?... SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT is their motto.

Don’t buy a home with this kind of HOA. They will send you extra bill separated than the regular payment that goes in your ESCROW. You will pay a lot of money with not reason or stupid reasons.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are super fast when it comes to collecting payments, but when it comes to helping residents, they are ghosts. You can call every hour and they only answer on a recording, you can leave a message or send messages by email, and they never respond. Now, they charge you $25 for each request for alterations that you send them, but they never send the response of approval or denial.

They have the absolute worst customer service towards homeowners that I have ever seen. Extremely unprofessional. Barbara is the worst. We paid our hoa dues late because I ran out of checks and I couldn't find how to get an online account with the hoa company. We received a notice in the mail, complete with a red "PAST DUE" stamp almost coveting my name with the sole purpose of trying to embarrass us. We paid the late fee and told them that was very tacky and unprofessional to send something like that. They received our check and posted it with the wrong amount to our account. The bank didn't catch the mistake so the bank paid the check as it was deposited. We received another nasty "PAST DUE" notice today. When I contacted the hoa company, Barbara not only refused to take any responsibility for their mistake but refused to apologize for it or for sending the tacky late letter again! It was entirely their fault! I would never treat customers with such an unprofessional, tacky business manner. I told her I hope she has the day she deserves.

These are some of the most disgusting people I have ever dealt with. They take zero accountability for their actions. Selective enforcement is embedded within this company. Why would you guys send a violation letter when im in the yard doing work moving stuff around and you looked right at me when you drove by not to mention they way they crop the pic to cover up the fact i was outside at the time. Sharon harding sole purpose is to violate home owners her words not mine when you call they don't answer. I get violation letters for the simplest of things meanwhile other homeowners are free to do what ever they want without consequences or repercussions. You guys are the absolute worst.

Highland Community Management is an excellent choice for HOA management! It is a full-service agency, not an ala carte like some out there. Everyone on the team is friendly and professional. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding Florida HOA Law and very well versed in knowing the HOA Documents of our Association. Jennifer and Denise are always quick to respond to homeowner or Board issues with courtesy and professionalism. They offer exceptional service which is why our HOA continues to contract with Highland and will into the foreseeable future.
