Neighborhood is alright. Don't understand why a pushy grandma is going door to door trying to collect fees. The post it note name tag on her shirt isn't fooling anyone. Hoa fees and collections are done by mail, not by harassing homeowners after business hours on multiple occasions.

Decent community pool, but man there is way too much chlorine in the pool my daughter's and my eyes were red and bloodshot by the time we were finished and our hair was extremely dry and brittle it took a good deal of eye wash and hair treatment to get things right again.

They keep up with the pool quite nicely, although not all the lifeguard's are reasonable (some are). I do appreciate who fast they cleaned away the fallen trees by the park as well.

Granted, my only experience with HOA was in contacting Peg who was prompt to respond, friendly and very helpful in providing information needed for a prospective buyer. The website is somewhat out of date and no fault of their own as they don't have access to the backend.Sounds like they're in the process of building new in future.

I've had a few interactions over the past two years with the HOA. overall I am very satisfied with the response and communication. The community is kept up really well. And all concerns which have been very few and far between have been answered. A+

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I called to ask a question about renting the pool and the manager didn’t even let me speak and had a horrible attitude out of nowhere, like if she was holding a grudge and knew who I was 🤷🏽‍♀️ Weird and really rude, like wth

First off, this is SINK HOLE CENTRAL. Look at the houses on Zillow - people are taking a huge loss or letting the bank take their homes, because they are valueless.

Second, the HOA are Nazis. When I lived their, I repainted my house and they claimed that the original paint showed through the stucco. I painted again - they had the same complaint. I said, "Show me," and the guy from the management company showed up with a magnifying glass. Then they sued me - it cost me $12,000 to get out of there.

Don't do it. Don't live here.
