The team at Hot Spot Promotions has been amazing! Very professional, incredibly responsive, and high quality products. I've done postcards and our new Entrance Sign (pictured) and so far I'm a very happy customer. I'll definitely be using them for all my business printing. They were also cheaper than any of the other printing companies around! I usually deal with Kenneth and he made sure that all of my designs would come out nice and clean, without weird pixelation.

I needed some business cards for work and i saw that Hot Spot Promotions was highly recommended by multiple people on my local FB community group. I reached out to Ken Brooks via FB messenger over the weekend & i was very surprised that he replied back even on a Sunday. He was extremely friendly and positive. I told him what i wanted, he didn't sugarcoat anything and was straight up about all of the details involved including pricing. After a couple of back & forth emails to hammer down the final design, I was confident with his abilities and his company to deliver exactly what i wanted...and HE DID!!! The final product was perfect! The cards were ready earlier than he had promised & he even went out of his way to drop it off as he lives in the same neighborhood as me. Ken made the entire process smooth & easy.
