Anyway, I've had the absolute pleasure of working with Matt Bogue at Houdini for over ten years. And now the other partners (Penn and Tony) as well. As an event manager and someone who relies heavily on design, creativity and meeting deadlines, I can't recommend Houdini enough. I consistently look for ways to work with them. They are beyond creative and come up with the most amazing concepts and when those concepts are brought to life, I am always in awe of their unique talent. There isn't a project I've given them they can't do and they aren't inspired by. Even when I have an especially complicated project, I see it as an opportunity to call them and it makes me really excited. They never view anything as too little or too big. Every project is given the same thought and care no matter what. They are ridiculously skilled at helping to keep my scattered brain accountable for deliverables and always willing to hop on a call to discuss any part of a project. I always have a million things going on and they do a beautiful job at deciphering what I'm trying to say to them. I work with many companies on a daily basis and it's the best feeling to hand off a project to Houdini knowing it's in the best hands possible. It frees me up to manage others vendors and projects. I never need to remind them for anything. They get to know their client's needs individually and that means so much to me.
Not only are they all phenomenal at what they do, but they're an amazing and collaborative team. Every person at Houdini will know the details of your project. You might collaborate with one person the majority of the time, but I guarantee every team member will know the ins and outs of your project as well. This means if your main contact is unavailable, one of the other team members at Houdini will be able to discuss your project with you in that person's absence. I love the cross collaboration and communication.
When you sign on with Houdini, you get a dedicated project manager with a fully integrated team as well. If I could give them enough projects to sustain their business forever, I would steal them from the world but I'm ok sharing them because they're amazing. Plus, they're all really good looking. They're so awesome they can't even wake up ugly. Basically Houdini is perfect.

But let's be serious for a sec...
I'm extremely picky about the end result of a project I'm delivering a client. I live and breathe my work and the final result will inevitably be a direct reflection of me in the client's eyes. Houdini makes me look really good, but most of all.....I TRUST THEM. Do you know how rare that is to find? And that means they have my business FIRST above anyone else. I can't tell you how much that helps the stress levels in my industry. I know that every single thing I give them will exceed my expectations and I know that no matter where I work in the world, I will continue to collaborate with Houdini before anyone else.
