They literally will treat your mother grandmother and father terribly. They will actually hang up on you and degrade you. Bout time they get what the veterans association got for neglecting and abusing our soldiers healthcare. This office abuses disabled Americans!

Beyond rude, interrupted multiple times then she hung up on me and never handled the business that we had. Nobody should be spoken down to like that. I couldn't get a word in edge-wise. She was the most condescending, unhappy person I think I've ever encountered on the phone in my life.

I called this morning regarding a name change on my card and the lady I talked to was honestly the most pleasant person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with over the phone. She didn’t tell me her name and I regret not asking but if I ever have to call up there again, I hope I get to speak with her. 10/10 would recommend and I hope she has the best day ever!

They are very rude. Had nothing but attitude towards me. Acted like the public was a bother to them. A waste of tax dollars spent towards attitude and disrespect.
