Tom has been such a phenomenal person to work with. He listens to my ideas and then helps me understand logistically whether the ideas should be tweaked. Just recently we are going to replace the large "stickers" in our main gym, because students have begun peeling away at the lettering. Tom suggested a more durable material to replace the stickers, and I am excited to see the outcome.
