Just saw Rick Militi deliver a hype-free discussion of social media's contribution to brand promotion. He was very real and honest, a refreshing departure from these ego-driven agencies run by youngsters. InnoVision is the real deal, a comprehensive, ROI-focused "anti-agency." Militi is honest that it will take 18 months to 2 yrs to get any traction. Brands that want immediate results are fooling themselves.

Their service is the worst. They have a cookie-cutter set of strategy. It doesn't matter if it works for you. They do all the taking and not bothering to listen to their client. They are not working effort to learn about your business. They believe that what works for them, will work for every client they have.
