💯 better than Walgreens, I will tell you that! I took some pictures for a friend and needed them printed in high quality for her wedding. The staff was very helpful in teaching me how to get the highest quality photos printed based on my devices DSi. The quality was amazing and the price was very competitive.

I sent an email on Thursday asking for quotes on a poster and received a response back that day. We emailed back and forth until I decided what I wanted. Order was ready to be picked up on Monday morning. Great quality - it was on a piece of cardboard and wrapped up so it wouldn't get wet, folded or dirty. Plus there are art supplies in the store! Will definitely return.

The company I work for has been ordering from InPrint for awhile and we have always been pleased with their service. If you looking for Art Supplies for college level classes, this is "The" place to go in Wenatchee. It will save you from driving around to different businesses getting a few supplies at each store. Small Business Owners Beware...

Placed a relatively small order and have a lot more plans in the future to have advertising materials printed and was treated with very poor customer service.

Went in to discuss the order with a member of the staff who printed my quote up so I could place it in the future. The following week I gave specific instructions via email on what I would like ordered and even went through the trouble to put the order in the file format requested and sized it correctly to keep formatting to a minimum.

Received no confirmation on the requested information I had asked about when placing the order so I had to call to make sure things were handled correctly. I had found out over the phone and got the, "Don't call us we will call you." response that my email was received.

Checked in a couple days later to check status via email and had an email response stating that labels were not ordered and the employee didn't understand the difference between labels and stickers when clearly there were only three seperate items on the order. Large stickers, small stickers and the labels.

I was told the order would be completed that Friday. I receive no calls to let me know my order was complete on that day. Called on Monday to check status and was told it wouldn't be done until Tuesday and if there were any changes I would receive a call.

Called Tuesday around lunch and found out that my order had not even begun to be produced and that I would be the first to know when it was complete. The employee stated that the order was scheduled to be complete the last Friday but because the labels were added (when clearly in the email I had sent I stated to place the order for small sticker, large stickers and labels) so turnaround would be a week out.

I was told the order was next on the list but being that I have been told that before I have come to expect that the order will be done when they get done with it and that could be today, tomorrow or next week for all I know.

Apparently I would be the first to know when it was complete but I would not be the first to know when it was not.

I would strongly suggest going with another company if you have particular expectations that need to be met through customer service related interactions. I am thoroughly displeased with the service and although I have not receive my order yet, no matter the outcome, I will no longer suggest nor be a customer of Ridgeline Graphics and am encouraging all my business acquaintances and business reference group of the interaction that I have received.

If someone from Ridgeline Graphics happens to read this I hope it encourages you to treat every customer like they are capable of doing a million dollars worth of business and that they count on you to do what you say your going to do when you say your going to do it. Otherwise, low trust situations and relationships will be created and customers, like me, will take the time to make sure everyone they can tell knows how well you treated them.

To anyone who is reading this and is considering doing business with Ridgeline graphics I hope you have a better experience than I do.
