Had to drop off a UPS package here. At first, I couldn't find them. When I called to ask for directions, Robert was so helpful and friendly! He even said he'd stand outside so I would be better able to find them. (And he DID go outside to wait for me). He was very efficient with processing my UPS package also. The two other women there also seemed helpful! It was a good experience!!

I guess the Ironwood Outpost just moved next to Family Dollar on Main St. You can sign up to have mail forwarded OR just sign up and they will receive packages and mail on your behalf. They charge a per item fee but it seems reasonable to me. Friendly, Helpful!

Same as the other 1 star reviewers. They lose packages & I even had a credit card go "missing", activated & used...also they tried to give me someone else's package. Never take responsibility, acting flippant like I'm the problem, if you're getting paid for a service then I expect the service. Nope...just sit down, shut up and take it. You're not allowed to complain, not that it would do any good, went to BBB and that did nothing. I do not recommend this business to the public. Unless you want to not receive mail, like gov't correspondence (I still have zero mail which means they're holding it hostage because I complained) I even mailed a letter to myself...MY OWN TEST LETTER STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO MY BOX! or did it? We'll never know...letter black hole abyss? I doubt it, more like angry staff/owner who have nothing better to do. I suggest any other mail solution BUT Ironwood! Buyer Beware!!!! Don't open a box here.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
I don’t know how a place can lose two separate pieces of mail at the same time. The lady working there is always so miserable and seems bothered that she has to get up and go look for the mail. Hearing other people talk while being in there it’s not uncommon for them to lose packages and mail. When we first stopped in to see them about their mail service we talked to Robert, He was very nice and helpful so try and ask for him if possible. Probably would be better off dealing with the rude people at the post office.

The Ironwood Outpost WILL accept UPS/subsidiary shipper packages. Address packages: Your Name, 510 E. Main St. #4750, Quartzsite, AZ 85346. Robert actually answered the phone, even one minute before opening time, stressed that it's really important to use the #4750 in the address, and said "no problem" to getting packages General Delivery there. How refreshing!

The lady there is always very unfriendly looks miserable you seem to be a bother to her I would definitely be going to moon mountain Mail after my pmb is up for renewal I'm adding to my review because I got notified Wednesday that my letter had been delivered to the post office I waited until Friday to go to ironwood outpost to pick up my mail it wasn't in my box went back on Monday still my letter is not there this is no way to run a business

In my opinion you should stay far far away from this place. They charged me $5.00 to pickup a UPS envelope that I had shipped in there. I paid UPS for this service and I'm sure UPS paid Ironwood Outpost for it. I've picked up packages all over the USA and this is the first time I've paid to pick one up. I've found the following at several different websites -- There are no restrictions on who can use Access Points, and there is no additional charge for using one. These are a free option provided by UPS

Needed a temporary address in Quartzsite for the winter. Sabine was always nice and very helpful. Everyone there was great!
