Our company contracts with AMS for our IT needs, and the employees' customer service and technical knowledge is top notch. My computer was taking forever to load web pages, and Roj got on my computer and pulled some kung fu, and it's faster than ever. Also, they are helpful when it comes to Microsoft Copilot's new features and stay abreast of security concerns. Service is always friendly, timely, and professional.

I uploaded pictures directly into my company's server, wiped my SD card, and eventually ended up deleting one of the pictures I needed. I called AMS needing help and every person I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I was worried we wouldn't be able to recover the picture, but the team took their time to help me and covered all bases to find this photo. After a few days, they were able to help me recover the photo and I couldn't be more thankful!
