I took two shirts to be embroidered approximately one month ago. A co-worker of mine purchased a jacket which needed to be ordered and embroidered this week. She got her jacket with the embroidery in 72 hours. The two shirts that I gave them still have not been embroidered. This makes absolutely no sense.
