I just wanted to give a shout out to this company! service was great !! they answered the phones got to me quick. they sent out a tech named Jacob, he quickly diagnosed my problem and even stayed as I talked to my insurance company. when I finally was ready to get it done, they came out put in a new water heater and was gone before I knew it! when I notice the water pressure was low on the hot side! and noticed that the valve was leaking. I called them and they immediately sent someone out to check it and next day Jacob came and fixed it and didn't come up with some B.S. and charge me! I have to say good job and well deserved too. I highly recommend this company!

I called 2 other companies prior to calling Jonovich based off of Google ratings. One of whom scheduled an appointment with me for 6:30 am and they never showed. I should've called Jovovich from the beginning. They were quick to respond and fixed my water heater within the hour. The representative I spoke with on the phone Betty was very professional and attentive. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I definitely recommend Jonovich for your plumbing needs.

I called them on a Monday afternoon and the lady that I talked to at the office took my name and info and said they would call when they were on the way to my house. The guys called in a short amount of time and showed up soon there after. They looked at the job and preceded to get to work. They were very nice and polite, and professional. They couldn’t complete the job that day due to circumstances, but they were back at it on Tuesday morning and completely the job promptly.

I needed a busted aging water line that was installed in 1956 replaced. I called and they had an employee come to the house and gave me an estimate. Then a few hours later the crew came in and replaced the pipe and even insulated it. All done in less than a days time and for a smoking reasonable price! Very pleased with the service this company provides and I will continue to use them for years to come as I always have done in the past.

This was a disappointing experience. I had expected based on scheduling the appointment that I would have received notice the plumber was in route and would be masked upon arrival. Not only did I not receive a call but when I asked the employees to mask up they argued about the rationale of using masks. Because I am immune compromised, I had to leave my home while they did the work since neither of them were vaccinated nor felt the need to be vaccinated and were, in my opinion, disrespectful and rude after I reported their behavior to the office.
Based on this experience, I will be seeking other plumbers should the need arise.

Despite the fact that other people in town had told me they overcharged I had to call Jonovich because the jobs I needed done were on a tight timeline and I couldn't get ahold of any other plumbers. Jonovich has done three jobs for me, I received little to no communication regarding what needed done nor any estimated cost. After the first job I asked the person who took my payment over the phone to please mail the receipt to me...never saw it. After the second job and phone payment she offered to email me the receipt and took my email address...never saw anything. After the third job the plumber took my check, left the receipt, but didn't bother explaining what the charges were for, nor how they added up.

I've since had MUCH better experiences with Earthquest Plumbing in Globe!

Terrible company they sent Daryl he was a crook tried to keep my new hose by trying to use my old hose called him bk. 3 time cuz of a leak and I noticed the old hose so he finally put the new one .called the office they said they would refund 180.00$ and fix the crack they never did either .they have no word
