Josiah was terrific. He brought in a professional stager who gave us numerous inexpensive things we could do to make our house more marketable --- no cost to us. He brought in a professional photographer to take photos that allowed prospective buyers to navigate online through the house, and that took automatic room measurements --- no cost to us. He helped us pick a selling price.
We had wanted to list for more, expecting we'd have to negotiate downward. Nope. We accepted an offer the second day our house was listed, for more than we were asking. And, btw, there are a couple other homes in our neighborhood which have been on the market for months. But Josiah wasn't done yet! The home inspection found a couple things the buyers wanted to have done regarding plumbing and a roof vent. Josiah gave us a list of plumbers and a list of roofers. Things were fixed quickly and the sale was completed quickly. We highly recommend Josiah Boone!
