If I could award more stars, I would. I bought a rural property that is extremely difficult to set up for Wi-Fi. My connectivity with JR Communications isn't perfect but given the peculiarities of this location the fact that they have me set up with reliable internet is impressive. I'm also blown away by their customer service - this business is absolutely best in class. The technician they sent out, Michael, is really knowledgeable, all around brilliant and above all tenacious. He's worked with my home to find the best equipment configuration and he's shown me how to work with the system to head off problems before they arise. The county is allegedly doing some sort of broadband initiative in my area but I will probably stick with JR Comms as the quality of the support technicians is unlike anything I have seen.
