Getting ready to sell your house? How about a new way of selling for $990? Jacquie Jacobs came to meet me and explained the process behind this program. She was prepared and brought us the data to set our sale price. A one page contract took only a signature to start.

Jacquie sent out a photograph and within days she set up the MLS listing. This was so easy on my end. I only needed to wait, for my buyer to knock on my door. The buyer represented themselves so there was no commission to pay on either side and all that cost went back in my pocket.

Tracy Williamson is absolutely amazing!! My overall experience with Tracy was fantastic. Her communication throughout my entire listing process and her overall work ethic is just superb. And she did an amazing job staging my house for the listing photos. Not to mention the Just990 program. If it wasn't for Tracy's recommendation and knowledge of the Just990 program, I would have not saved around $14,000 on the commission. When we decided to sell our house we saw a commercial for just990. After a thorough research we decided to learn more about the program. All I can say is we are so unbelievably lucky that Valerie White was assigned as our realtor. She laid out the process to us and signed right away. We had our first open house the first weekend after signing. Very successful but unfortunately we did not find a buyer through this avenue but Valerie did. When I say Valerie is professional it is almost an understatement! She was in constant contact with us. She knew all the ins and outs of the process and helped keep us calm! Even though we sold the house within 12 days with just 990 the process of financing lasted 60 days. It was unbelievable stress on my husband and myself and if it wasn't for Valerie I honestly would have pulled out! She is so thorough and had answers to all of our questions. I can't recommend Just990 enough! It saved us close to $20,000! Honestly there was no difference between a full service realtor and just 990. You get the same attention to detail, the same follow through, the same amount of contact, and the best service I've ever had! I cannot recommend Just990 or Valerie enough!

Chris Collier was absolutely superb from beginning to end. He was attentive to details, patient, excellent in communication, and clearly highly professional in the behind-the-scenes work. We had a number of difficult situations arise during the course of our contract that we were truly surprised to resolve without substantial expense and hassle on our parts, and it was clear that it was Chris who made the difference. We would go back to him in a heartbeat, and this was not our first home sale.
