Unprofessional Recruiter (Jenelle Clark)!!!
I tried to use this agency because CCSD requires it, so I didn't have a choice. I applied for a substitute teacher position, which, based on my experience, I was qualified for. I received an email from Jenelle to schedule an interview, and she even mentioned that I could text her if I had any questions.

She scheduled the first interview with me, but kept me waiting and waiting. At the last minute, she texted me to say she had a meeting that was running over. I thought, "No problem, maybe she's busy," so we rescheduled.

For the second interview, she left me waiting again for about an hour without any apologies. I eventually texted and emailed her, and she said she couldn't interview me because of a business trip. I said, "That’s okay!" and we rescheduled for today.

This is now the third time, scheduled for 10:30 AM, and once again, she never showed up or called. It's now been over two and a half hours.

To be honest, I have never encountered such an ignorant, unprofessional, and incompetent person.

Would not recommend this agency!!!

They have a worker named Maria she's a liar and a lazy worker who doesn't do her job properly. She calls people and tells them they have a job and can start u Monday and then never returns the call and never gives u a date for orientation and when u call to see what's going on she will hang up the phone and block ur number this is very unprofessional and needs fixed like why u gotta play with people way of life ur sick

This location is horrible. They literally refused to help you with the application for the job office was closed yesterday random by like 2 PM and then today go there early in the morning just to find out they said you have to fill it out at home online just for the staffing agency. I plan on reaching out to the actual main office of this company and making a complaint because this was a horrible experience

I was able to get a job at Volvo through Kelly, but that is it.
When I sought to use Kelly, again, I was told to apply for the jobs by emailing my interest (I now forget the name of the woman I was to email, but I was emailing her) and was led to believe I'd receive response.
Applied for multiple jobs and emailed about them. No replies AT ALL. I've experienced this with several Temp agencies in the Charleston area/surrounding areas. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Tons of jobs listed, you'll have the skills and even a degree (which I have) needed, but the quickest jobs you get are warehouse work. Leads me to believe that once Temp agencies and companies (without isn't Temp) see or realize that you're Black, you will not get the job you desire. To them you're only good enough to work on the floor in a warehouse sweating all day and doing heavy labor for little pay. Most of the people I see working on the floor in many warehouses are Black. That is racist when you know Black people DO apply for OTHER work involving more skill. I am talking about this so much because I'm fed up with the culture. It is very prejudiced and racist.

I found this agency to be very useful in finding another career. The staff was very helpful, and willing to work with me in order to find a position after I was laid off from my full time employer of 7 years. In fact, they were so efficient that I was unemployed for less than 2 weeks; and I am now full time with my new company.

My advice to people, definitely use Kelly.

I got the job and did my orientation and its paid orientation its been about 4 weeks and still didn’t receive my money
