Derek and his crew deserve 10 stars for the outstanding work they do! Honest, fair professionalism is what you’ll get with KFI. I can always recognize their signs when driving around East Texas because their signs are so expertly crafted. Best sign company in the state! 👏🏻

OUTSTANDING SERVICE , we have owned our commercial building for close to 20 years. I’ve had some bad experience in the past with Sign companies. Derek and his team were outstanding very professional. They got on the job. The quotes were great when you’re looking for someone to help save you money on your electric bill and switch over to LED lights or any Sign needs definitely give these guys a call, I would give them 10 stars if it was available , anyone that has dealt with other companies and had a bad experience in the past totally understands where I’m coming from .Please feel free to reach out if you need a referral on them or any questions .

I dealt with Derek when I bought my signs and I was a happy customer when the project was done. But when I have a problem I call and a recording tells me I need to email them?! I'm not happy about this! I changed it to 3 stars when it was 5 stars because service after the sale is important. And repeat customer

KFI Signs promptly sent out a technician to check for what was needed to change my sign lights over to led. In a few days Emily had an estimate for me that was extremely competitive. They/we set the appointment for Friday but on the Monday before, they emailed and said they could actually get to it on Tuesday due to a rearrangement of their schedule. The guys came on Tuesday morning about 8:30 and were very courteous and helpful. They got them all switched out and installed a photocell switch so the lights will come on at night only which was an added service and all finished by noon. On Tuesday evening Emily came by our business on her own time and took a picture of our sign and emailed it to us. It is beautiful. This was very helpful since we couldn't be there during the dark hours for several days. This company had nothing but excellence and professionalism and with a smile to boot. They are my only go to for signs now. Job well done KFI Signs!
