I was in a hurry and needed to stitch a couple of letters onto jerseys, but it had to be done the same day. I called several places and they said that they require at least two days to do it. When I called Klein’s Embroidery and explained my situation, I was impressed with the kindness of the lady I spoke to. Even though the job couldn't be done immediately, she was willing to help me as long as I arrived early since she closes at 3 pm. To make a long story short, 40 minutes later I was there with the jerseys and the letters, and less than 20 minutes later the job was done.
I recommend this place, not only for the quality of the product, but also for the excellent service. Plus, I felt really good about supporting a small, local business.
