Amazing experience! Fast and responsive - provided an unbelievably quick turn-around and delivered an AWESOME product!! The 36” big head cut outs were ordered on Monday and arrived 2 days later on Wednesday for our upcoming HS baseball season kick-off event. They look absolutely fantastic and are going to be a huge hit - THANK YOU, Margaret, Dean and the Wet Paint team- you are THE BEST and we appreciate you!!!

The print quality is good, and the shipping was fast. However, if you have an issue with your order don't expect any sort of customer service, or communication whatsoever.  The cutout I received is not what I wanted.  I tried contacting the company multiple times, but they would not reply. I even offered to pay for the shipping to have it corrected, but nothing.   I contacted them before I ordered, and they replied within a couple of hours.  But after they had my money and the order was shipped, they would not reply.  If you have a very simple order, then you might be fine. But just know once they have your money, if something doesn't go right you won't get any sort of communication again.

My experience with speaking to a representative with this company was overall negative. First, there is a lack of customer service, who picks up the phone and just answer hello? Can I get a name, can you verify the company that I'm calling? Secondly, I called to check on the status of my order, I gave the lady the information that I had, she could not find my order. She continued to talk without letting me say anything and when I finally interjected and told her if she would just give me a moment to explain, I was hung up on. Overall my customer service experience was horrible due to the lack of patiences, not listening, flat out rudeness, and not willing to take another route to help resolve my call.

The quality of the cutout I ordered EXCEEDED my expectations. I submitted an old photo, and I wasn't sure how much they could really do with it. They brightened and improved the clarity of the photo, and added parts of the body that were cut out by the photo. They truly could not have done a better job. You couldn't tell which part of the cutout was modified, because it transitioned seamlessly. Life Size Custom Cutouts was quick to respond and address any concerns I had before it was shipped. As soon as I approved the cutout, it was shipped that day. The whole process took four calendar days. I know someone reviewed this business negatively but I truly think it was a one-off.

What an awful place - they ruined my daughter's graduation party

It is really sad to think companies like this are allowed to exist. I saw their add, I uploaded my daughter's photo. I paid for expedite fees. I called everyday to check on status. The person I talked to sounded the same everyday yet they always claimed they haven't spoke to me before.
1- My credit card was double charged.
2- Though paid for two day shipping and website declared same day shipment, when few days later they didn't ship, I was asked to pay $20 expedite fees on top of the $120 (I paid including what I thought to be expedite fee).
3- then I was told the artist was out sick.
4- then today, like yesterday and day before, I was told it will go out today.
At this point it will not arrive in time.

I can't believe allowed myself to trust this cam of a company.
