Had no problems with them until today. I had issues with the trash company not taking the trash. They will take everyone else's trash but mine. I always pay my bills on time. They have every excuse in the book. They will agure with me everytime. I guess my property is now a dumpsite. I will get fined if I have to much trash but I get rid the trash i still have a problem because the trash company won't take it in their cans! I can't even get a different trash company on my own because of a stupid reason. Don't threaten me of taking my property away from me ever again! Luckily I got my bill today damn ridiculous how much they charge i can get a weekly dumpster for the same price! This place and the trash company is un-American piles of crap.

If I could put zero stars I would. Jeff Logan is a prick.

Clearly doesn't care about small businesses and being just in general kind.

Just being an adult isn't hard. Being a sly sneaky snake is his basic mentality. He is not someone I'd trust in office.

Grow up sir.

I’m writing this review on the behalf a family member who I’m highly concerned about. The township acts like the care but sent some inspector who thinks mold is safe and both my family members suffer from asthma. Let alone you can see the cracks in the apartment and the water damage on the ceiling. Fire alarm does not work I don’t even feel comfortable letting my kids visit. I’m a mother of two young children, I will be damned if I let my kids go there and fire happens. And god forbid something happens. The craziest thing I ever heard In my life that this is considered safe. I don’t know how you hire people who can’t do their job. I guess In Pennsylvania they don’t care about people in other states they would have told her it’s not safe and she needs to leave. To top it off where she lives and had her sign a lease for a so called unit that doesn’t exist. Her apartment complex is the worst I have seen so far and we have lived in apartment all of my life…This beyond me if something happens to my family members we will look for an attorney !!!

My experience with this township has been anything but adjacent to the reviews listed here previously. The staff I have spoken to were sincere and helpful. Starting my own business was tough, and the zoning officer was kind and informative and took the time to help me locate resources that would help my business get zoned properly in a timely fashion.

My business requires zoning from a multitude of townships and this municipality has been among some of the easiest and most pleasant to work with. I look forward to continuing my permits with them in the future.

I’ve been in Lower Allen for about 3 yrs and I’ve not had any problems with the staff. I’ve had to contact them for multiple reasons and they are quite helpful. Doesn’t look like the staff is the issue for the most part. Maybe it was just a bad moment. Give them a chance. Maybe things will change for you.
I can say that the tax collector is not always in a friendly mood.

The interactions I've had with police officers and staff were professional, compassionate but efficient.

I am a property manager at a property in Lemoyne, and woman by the name of Bonnie Miller (who I learned is an ELECTED tax collector) called my office asking for a list of all the minors that live on the property. We do not currently have such a list, but offered to try and put one together for her, to which she replied "apparently putting together a document keeping track of anyone under 18 is too difficult for you guys to do." We have never heard from anyone in this office regarding such a request, and we took over this property in February of 2015. I do not appreciate my staff, or myself being spoken to in such a rude manner. Do they think that speaking to people like this will get them any assistance with the documents we are requesting?

TERRIBLE customer service, and this lady should be ashamed of herself!

The staff here was extremely helpful when we filed for the permit to put our fence in. Helped me get everything I needed for the paperwork and helped me get everything submitted. Didn’t take too long to get everything all approved and good to go!
