Customer service is good but the return of a Water heater for return or exchange was horrible. Didn't ger none of those. Poor relationship between manufactur and lowes

Bought a GE washing machine. It's quit twice in less than 2 years, bought another one someplace else today and hauling this one off.

I called the number Lowe's gave me in response to my post. Talked to a very nice lady. She didn't seem to really know why I called. So after some conversation we ended our call.

One of the worst experiences ever! This girl in the Garden named Pricilla, was very rude! My father an older man he wanted to use his Lowe’s Credit Card here and it wasn’t working. We asked her if she can type in the card & said she couldn’t because it doesn’t work like that. We let her know that the last time we have used the card here and wasn’t working they typed it in. She got upset and said No! To download the app to access the card. We decided to leave her resister and she didn’t even help my father get the items out of the bags, she turned her face away in disgust . We left her register went to another one & the man was very helpful very different, & guess what the card didn’t go through but he typed it in and it worked.
This is what upsets me, if I wasn’t here who would’ve helped him. All Pricilla could’ve said “ I’m sorry Sir we can’t do that at this moment” or “ I don’t know how to do this yet but let me get someone to help”
No she had to be rude. I’m one not to say anything and walk away but it really did bother me because how is she acting with other older people while no one is watching her. I get it we all go through things but don’t disrespect people, be kind!!!

Ordered an outdoor heater and it was assembled in-store. When we went to pick it up, the young man and women loaded it into bed of truck but did not assist with securing it, don't know if that is policy. My husband, a disabled veteran tried to secure it as best we could (there was a bungie cord we could not reach) unfortunately, the dang thing fell even before we could get on the freeway. Horrible customer service, arrogant young lady, too.

Seth Rey Gonzalez and Uriel F. Hernandez loaded my materials at the Harlingen Lowe’s and I was very pleased with their customer service and attention to detail. They very carefully used the forklift for loading which means a lot to me because I’m also forklift certified. I stop by here when I’m in town because I know that I’ll receive great customer service from these two.

It's probably one of my favorite big box stores it is a big Corporation but they do employee fairly friendly people it's easy to find what you want usually and what I like most of all is that they give a 10% discount for being a veteran.
I will actually go there and pay a little more and get the 10% discount Home Depot is only active duty military gets the discount I call BS on that. They don't have the cheapest prices but if you shop you can get decent deals and they do have Craftsman tools so they're more Sears than Sears.
I recommend it but Caveat Emptor that's Latin for let the buyer beware

I got a couple of totes with wheels and a tow loop which fitted nicely in my pickup bed.
