Hired Mangia Catering following a Google search for local caterers for my wife's surprise 50th birthday party and couldn't have been happier. Excellent food, attention to every detail, worked with owner directly at every step. Amazing and friendly staff. Well-coordinated and exceeded expectations on every level. Will use Mangia for every future event without hesitation!

I had to plan an event in Idaho from California for my company's kickoff party, Mangia/Tim came highly recommended by the city and other local vendors and BOY oh BOY did they deliver. I was so impressed not only with Tim's creativity with the menu and the space, but also his responsiveness, flexibility and general kindness as a human. He worked with our budget to come up with a creative and delicious menu that also provided opportunity for our company to mingle and graze. The staff onsite that day were incredible - they got there early, setup early and were very helpful during the event. The FOOD was so delicious (every single bite across the board) - the details on how it was served were top notch as well. We had stations setup throughout the space so everyone got to try cuisines from different parts of the world and the compliments did not stop all night from party-goers. I would highly recommend Tim and his staff and company to anyone who wants to have a perfect event and am so grateful for his help.

Absolutely fantastic service AND food!!! I use them for all of my business meetings in the Spokane and northern Idaho region!!! They go above and beyond with food quality, quantity, and customer service!! I would highly recommend their services for any catering need that you might have!!! When I'm shooting a wedding and see Mangia catering... I know the food is going to be stellar. It's always on time and they treat the other vendors and the guests so professionally. Highly Recommend! Also, "The Corn! It has the Juice! When I tried it with butter everything changed! Can't imagine a more beautiful thing"

This is the second time we have used Mangia for a catered lunch for our Leadership team. Once again it was absolutely outstanding! The food is delicious some team members said the best they have ever had! The delivery is prompt and set up is seamless. My business hired Mangia Catering to provide their delicious brick oven pizzas for our Ladies Night Out events. From the very beginning, their team was easy to work with, communicated clearly and quickly, and was very accommodating to the needs of our events. Their staff at the events were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. And of course, the food was absolutely terrific. I'm not sure I could say enough wonderful things about Mangia Catering Company. From the beginning, Tim was easy to work with. He answered all my questions and didn't hesitate to help me through the process of deciding what to get and how to go about it. The day of was flawless! His staff was perfect. They were professional and kind from the get-go, I don't have one critique of them at all. They were easy to work alongside and made our event a little more fun. Mangia catered our wedding back in 2019 and they were absolutely wonderful! Food was delicious! They arrived just before the ceremony like we planned and quietly set up while the ceremony was taking place. I had no idea they were even there. The workers were quick and kind and helped make our day perfect! I really wish I could remember their names but I had serious bride brain! Tim was so great to work with throughout the planning and he gave great tips and options for our wedding and was quick to respond to any question I had. I can’t suggest Mangia Catering more! You will not be disappointed!
