I am happy to pay a fair price but this was a Total ripoff! I just spent $556 getting my Honda Pioneers first oil change and service. Two filters and oil cost $112 and it took 2.7 hours of labor $337.50. Then they charged me $75 pressure washing fee on a unit that had very little dirt. In addition they were supposed to fix the rattling bed and doors (warranty) but only fixed the door even after I reminded them. I have never written a negative review in my life but this was a complete ripoff. Mark 4 will never see my business again!

Best experience we've ever had! Jamey was so knowledgeable and kind. I, (Lois Thorlacius-Betz) was in and out of there in no time! An hour later... maybe less our 4 wheeler was delivered! Amazing service! 5 STAR service for sure. Thank you, Jamey, you're the BEST!

Can't hardly walk through the place to look and the ATVs have become way to expensive. You can buy a car for what they price their stuff for.

We purchased from them in 2018 new. ATV has been at this shop for 9 weeks. They haven't done anything other than change the oil. Still not fixed and quoted $495. They are saying a chip in the transmission needs replaced. but in 9 weeks it isn't replaced and they are charging us $495
will take it somewhere else. These people have no idea what they are doing! Lord only knows if it is a chip problem or their experimental ideas .They will never get our business again.
Don't go here. Not an honest business.

Very poor service! I would never recommend Mark 4 service to anyone! My ATV was in the shop for 9.5 weeks after having a scheduled appointment and nothing got fixed. After several weeks, I researched the problem myself on an ATV forums and told Mark 4 the likely fix. They said, "oh yea, we see that all the time". They were going to order the parts and install them. After two weeks I called to check on the status and the parts hadn't been ordered yet. After two more weeks, the parts were at their warehouse about 15 miles away. After another week, the parts were lost in the warehouse. One excuse after another. One time I was told the mechanic was out sick with allergies but the following week, they told me the parts hadn't even arrived yet. They said, maybe next week. I picked up my ATV and left! When I tried to talk to the manager, I was told he doesn't have email. So I wrote up the whole incident, sent it to someone who had email, and asked the manager to call me. Nothing. In fact, not a single interaction in person or on the phone was friendly or helpful. What a complete waste of time! It's really zero stars!

Looks like a good variety of trailers. Might have considered buying 2.... a dump trailer and a enclosed car hauler, but no one came over to greet me or anything. Guess I was supposed to walk over to the sales shop and inquire over there, then walk back over to the yard. My time is more valuable than that.
