Holly Mahaffey was our agent and she was great! She guided us every step of the way from the listing all the way to the sale of our home. She gave us great advice and helped us evaluate offers. Under contract in less than 48 hours and for OVER ASKING PRICE!! Is there any better review then that? After several months of unsuccessfully listing our Pine Lake, GA property with a different firm, changing to Mark Spain was the right move for us! Our agent, Holly Mahaffey, was the total professional package and a true answer to our prayers. She hit the ground running with the right strategic marketing plan and provided the perfect balance of assertive sales tactics with the thoughtful handholding support my partner and I needed to get our house sold. I must admit that we may go on record as one of her more “high maintenance” clients but she handled us with care and a level of responsiveness that was truly first class! Selling a home can be a very emotional process and Holly was there for us all the way!
