What a phenomenal waste of money and time. When we first signed up for their program, we are assigned a very knowledgeable marketing consultant to work with who had over 20 years of marketing experience. We were really looking forward to receiving some guidance and insight from someone who knows the ropes. However, after our very first session, our assigned rep left MindMatrix and we were handed someone who had worked her way up through their technical support and design department, and it quickly became evident that our new rep had little to no practical experience in the real world. Instead of giving us advice on how to better promote our business, all that she has done is ask us "What would you like to do this month?" and then assist us with setting up new campaigns. No useful guidance whatsoever. because of that, our experience with MindMatrix has been a miserable failure.

And, to make things even worse, when we told them back in January that we wanted to cancel our services with them, we were informed that we had automatically been renewed for another full year a month earlier, without ever being told that we were being renewed.

Business owners, beware - MIND MATRIX IS LITTLE MORE THAN A SCAM! I wish that we had never heard of them. It would have saved us thousands of dollars and many hours of precious time.

I was not sure about their service even after i signed up. I wasn't sure what benefits i can get for a couple of hundred dollars/ month. But then we started working together with my account manager Megan. Monthly meetings to get amazing help from her with not just the technical part of their portal, but also marketing advice. Their support team was always top notch since day one, and after i started learning the platform, I was very impressed with several things:
1. the amount of flexibility that their platform has
2. the content that they create for me , so i don't have to do anything...
3. seamless integration with all main social media platforms
4. link to my site's blog, so it looks like my blog is alive and new content is there weekly!
5. easy of reaching my account manager and sales person, WAY after i signed up... I really think any IT company should focus on IT, and not content creation or tracking who opened what email. if you can automate this- why not? especially if it's done to your standards!

The social media and email drip campaigns have great and relevant content for our target audience.
We are based in the UK so have on occasion needed to make some slight changes to the US orientated content.
Our account manager Laura has also gone through some of these campaigns while on the phone to us to Anglicize them too, which shows great customer service. The software is fully featured, which could be a little overwhelming, but for the excellent back office team that are always willing to make the changes on our behalf.
Monthly review meeting keep us on track and the real time statistics of clicks and engagement really make this an excellent investment for our marketing department.

By meeting with my account rep regularly we are able to continuously adjust and fine tune our marketing approach. Mind Matrix created an awesome website for my company. I have been with them about a month and I already got me first lead! Their software allows you to keep in touch with your customers and generate referrals to keep your company growing. I also really like the lead scoring interface as it shows you what your customers or prospects are clicking on. I highly recommend their service!
