3 years later you finally reply to my review. Top notch customer service, Mobiniti. 👌

TLDR: if you have to contact your credit card company to cease charges and refund, despite months of contacting the company through numerous facets to shut down the account, the company is scamming in my book.

As a text marketing system for my company, for the price we really wanted to like this platform. Unfortunately, after two months of texts failing to be delivered resulting in marketing loss for our client (due to a one-time failure of their text aggregator, two months in a row, according to Jim, the rep) our client explicitly asked us to stop using Mobiniti and to switch back to our reliable system.

Their technical failures aside...the relationship actually went bad with their passive and utterly misleading and rude customer service. For 4 months in a row I was assured in writing the account had been shut down and the card would no longer be charged, and for 4 months in a row our account was charged for a subscription we had been told in writing was discontinued. It came to the point the representatives ceased to answer our emails, calls, and even texts on the chat-bot to follow through and actually stop charging the account after we discontinued service. I actually had to *67 the company number to finally get through to them, where they continued to lie, talk over me, and skate around the issue and continue to make promises to look into the issue and call me back (I was never, ever called back).

This is a small business with a couple of employees. Customer service should be a priority, especially if they have issues with the core functionality of the system.

By the way, we never were refunded for the failed texts for those two months.

Honestly, this company is not even worth the risk of trying out their services because they do not respect your credit card information and they have terrible customer service.

These are truly the rockstars of the text platform technology. I am a brand new client, very high touch for now and have been in constant contact with Mobiniti while I am learning the ropes. Their employees, specifically my account manager Randy, have been top notch in helping me learn while being patient. Alyssa, Maddi, and Nick have been fantastic as well. Mobiniti has been wonderful so far! When I ask my representative to see if something is possible, he works with the development team to create that feature and implement it! This is not just a typical texting service, but they really work to customize the service to our specific needs. I highly recommend!

It took a while to work out some bugs but everyone was always very helpful and very Prompt about getting back to me which was good service. Cameron and Nick especially have been very kind to us. I don’t think there app works yet so I hope it does soon. We’ve been with other SMS companies and the most important thing is that these companies stay up to date with updates that carriers do so doesn’t effect your messages going out. I think with this ever changing world of always new phones coming out there will always be glitches and it’s not going to be perfect for any SMS company but at least with them they are always ready to help and fix the situation!! They are very personable and they make you feel like a friend not just some random customer!! Give them a try it won’t hurt!!

I had used a different SMS provider previously and after a period of time decided that their services were sub par and extremely expensive. After pausing my SMS business for those reasons I focused on others business agenda items I was working on.

Fast forward I received an outbound call from a Mobiniti Representative named Nick Brandolino. He was diligent, informed, non pressuring and reassuring and professional. After speaking with him numerous times I decided to reinvest in my SMS business and I am extremely glad I did.

He has been so easy to work with, he has helped me grow my business, he has been there for all my questions and has literally been the reason I am now a satisfied Mobiniti customer.

I use the technology but I bought the customer service. Needless to say I am extremely happy with both. Mobiniti has been a great technology partner and they are fortunate to have people like Nick working for and with them.

It takes a lot for me to write a review but in this case it was a no brainer to do so. If I had not spoken with Nick Brandolino I would not have found Mobiniti. I am very thankful to be back in the SMs business "Thanks Nick" and I am very impressed with Mobiniti. They have done everything they said they would and have exceeded my expectations which is not easy to do.

I expect a lot and thankfully I am receiving more than I expected.
