My girlfriend was looking at getting a custom window decal made and installed on her car. She went with Brian & his shop due to a recommendation from a family friend. She stopped in on Monday, March 18th with an idea & was in his office for about 30 minutes to create the design. Brian had mentioned that “he usually charges $450 but because of the referral he would drop it to $350 and that it would be ready by Friday March 22nd.”
Shortly after leaving she texted Brian requesting a change needing to be made, to which Brian responded with the new design. She asked for one thing to be moved to a different location on the new design as it didn’t look good. That was the last time we heard from Brian. Over the weekend she would occasionally bring it up to me & ask if she should reach out for an update as she didn’t want to be that annoying client constantly reaching out. We both had a feeling that Brian no longer wanted the business but expected that he would have said something instead of ignoring her. Monday March 25th she finally reached out asking for an update & never received a response. Mind you, this was supposed to be completed three days prior. She didn’t understand why he chose to stop working with her as she only made a few changes to the original design & would have been willing to pay for the additional time it took to correct it to her liking. I texted Brian as a “new customer” later the same day on the 25th and got a response in less than ten minutes.
My girlfriend vented to our mutual friend & he called Brian. Shortly after she vented, Conveniently… Brian finally texted her back explaining he had “typed a message but never hit the send button.” Which would make sense if you also didn’t see the three or four texts that were sent to you by her AND didn’t respond to my text as well. How does one open there messaging app and see one new message but not the other? She ended up going with the business “signs by sundown.”
She got the same exact thing & also had to make alterations & paid $175. At the end of the day it was a blessing in disguise… but buyer beware. Brian lacks honesty, transparency and communication skills. If you no longer wanted the business, that is completely okay, but why completely ignore someone?

Went in to see if I could get some assistance getting a couple decals installed on a pontoon boat. Boy was I ever glad I read the Google comments. Awesome people, awesome job and would highly recommend if you need signs, decals designed and installed!

Great place, helped me over the phone to get what i wanted for my boat while driving to bullhead and let me pickup my stickers 21/2 hours after they had closed. Great customer service, I will definitely be using them more in the future .
