My laptop crashed out of nowhere, and I was terrified that I had lost a ton of important documents. I took it to the resident computer wizard at my work who spent a few days trying to recover the data. They were unsuccessful, and I was feeling pretty hopeless. I googled and found this gentleman who had solid ratings—one even talked about how he was able to fix a computer when several others couldn’t. I contacted him, dropped the laptop off, and literally the next day he had all my data restored for a very reasonable price. I was so relieved and would happily use him again if I had any computer issues!

Great experience! My computer was upgraded from 4GB RAM to 16GB RAM. My computer is like new...I don't recall the last time it performed like this, it's almost 7 years old. Joel was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was in an emergency situation because I needed my computer for my job. Due to the holidays, parts to fix my computer didn't arrive as expected. As soon as it arrived Joel texted and ask that I bring my computer to him at 5:30, he could have it ready in 1-3 hrs. I dropped it off about 5:50, got a call back about 10 minutes before 7. Joel wanted to know how long has it be running slow on startup. It had been years. Joel asked that I give him a few more minutes he could take care of that. He asked a few more questions. He called back about 10 minutes later and I picked up my new computer. I am very pleased with it's performance. Impressive!
