As of right now I can not say anything good about this company. My wife and I paid $45 each to apply for a rental just to see it. They explicitly said on the listing not to call them. 3-4 weeks have passed and we have received no call back or email from them at all. They have not returned any of my voicemails. And the listing has been off the market for about two weeks now. Unprofessional is an understatement. These people seem more like crooks. I will continue to follow up with them.

Really unprofessional in my opinion. I didn't get a chance to be a client because they NEVER answered the phone, NEVER replied to emails, and NEVER called back after several voicemails. Those are pretty basic business practices, so.........

Such a personable locally owned property management company. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful for me. It can be so hard to find rentals that are decent in this area, but Jason really helped to make this a positive experience for me and took great care of us as tenants.

Best property management company you will find! Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. We had a issue with the bathroom on a holiday weekend, Jason (owner) showed up and fixed it with in the hour of calling. Can't get better service than that. If you want to rent from a management that cares not only for you but for your happiness in his properties this is the company you want to rent from.
