Subject: Dissatisfactory Experience and Lack of Professional Accountability – Muchisimo Marketing
I am writing this review with deep regret, as a business owner myself, I understand the weight a negative review carries. However, after six months of delays and a total breakdown in communication from Muchisimo Marketing, I feel it is my responsibility to warn other business owners.
In July 2025, we engaged Muchisimo Marketing to migrate our website from GoDaddy to Shopify. Their representative, Engel, was highly persistent for months, insisting that this transition would be the "catalyst" for our online sales growth. He promised the update would be completed within one month. Instead, the migration was not "finished" until September 2025, and as of today, January 5, 2026, the website remains incomplete and does not function to our specifications and removal of certain categories which we did not want and other items requested to complete the website.
Despite the transition to a platform that was supposed to revolutionize our business, we have seen zero online sales since the switch. Under our previous GoDaddy setup, I could manage updates with minimal hassle. Now, I am left with a site built to Muchisimo Marketing’s preferences rather than my business needs, and I am forced to hire an outside developer to fix the essential errors Engel failed to address.
The most disappointing aspect has been the lack of professional support. I have reached out via numerous emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages (all of which are documented). Engel has completely stopped communicating, leaving us with a dysfunctional product after months of empty promises.
I warned the agency that I would be forced to leave this review as a final resort, yet my concerns were ignored. If you are looking for a marketing partner that values deadlines, communication, and client growth, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Muchisimo Marketing provided slow turnaround times and zero post-launch support.
