Very cool 110% local Oregon timber country bar and grill. After 9.00 when the band cranks up the whole place is a party!

If there is a winter storm and your power goes out come here! They have a big generator and you will be warm and fed and definitely not thirsty!

Quaint diner/bar in an older building. A lot of local culture etched onto the walls here. Food, drinks, and service were all good and everyone was friendly. Beautiful countryside to go for an afternoon drive.

My girlfriend and I were a little bit apprehensive about coming here, we weren't sure that the locals or the clientele would appreciate our vibes. We were greeted by friendly service and we really liked the food! The French fries were perfection, and the coleslaw was nice and fresh.
The drinks were really tasty, especially the green tea shots. Wished they were poured a bit stronger though.
We'll definitely be coming back again!

Nicks is a great place for a quick bite in Amboy, WA. The deep fried Halibut was perfectly cooked. The Onion Rings were delectable Halos. Cool drinks and good friends. C'MON DOWN Y'ALL!

The wonderful woman who helped me made my day. She was sweet and friendly and gave me hope in humanity. And the food is SO GOOD. I wasn't expecting a bar in the woods to have such a good burger, but I'm pleasantly surprised. And I'm picky. I will be saving this location for future visits.

Great bar with great food. Staff were very inviting even with the large group of us that showed up for breakfast. Drinks and food hit the spot, and the portions were large enough that my wife and I split the plate of food. We will definitely go back there again.

Stopped here after a trip to South mt Saint Helen's. What a great surprise to find such a varied menu, great food and service! Lucky locals!
