Getting shirts for my business was so overwhelming for me because there were too many choices (thousands), and I didn't want to purchase anything online, not like it, and then have to start over again. I wanted professional embroidered shirts for me to wear while working that fit properly, were wash and wear and stood up over time. I also wanted quality T-shirts for advertising purposes to give out for others to wear. Nyce had shirts in their show room for me to see, feel and try on. Joann spent a lot of time with me picking out the shirts, colors and sizes along with my embroidery logo and color selection to match. We also picked out a top quality T-shirt and Chris was very patient in helping me design the front and back of the T-shirts for silk screening. I've always had great experiences with Nyce Shirt until today. I dropped off 4 shirts and 2 sweaters to be embroidered and through a miscommunication, they were done incorrectly. Nyce put all of the blame on me and now I have $225 of ruined product. Very disappointed that they didn't ask for any clarification and put the onus on me to fix their mistake.
