When I first decided to RFP several digital paid agencies, I did not think Omnitail was in the running. I had two agencies I routinely work with and imagined I would select a trusted partner. But, Omnitail wow'd me! There were two dominating factors that put them over the top: first, they speak CFO. This means they rely on executive level metrics to run a business and not marketing jargon or speak that most exec teams can not wrap their heads around. Second, the just know ecommerce better than any agency I have come across. They have proprietary tools that reflect this knowledge and give them a clear edge over others. Once hired, they were so dedicated, reachable day or night and scaled fast! Within two weeks, they were turning around the business I was hired to help. The numbers didn't lie. They were also dealing with a seriously inexperienced executive team and CEO - and they still managed to impress and thrive.

I began working with Omnitail around early 2020 right around when COVID started. Pre-COVID, I was stuck in an unsavory 6 month contract with a big named agency that was producing less than desirable results. Through my research, I found Omnitail and was intrigued by their claim of profit driven results.
