Wish there was more venders, but the ones that are there are awesome. West End Farm is amazing. They have great prices and their produce taste great. The market accepts EBT and is part of the double up food bucks. There is a bagel vender there. Their stuff is amazing. Makes for great breakfast sandwiches.

I bought 2 dozen eggs from a vendor, West End Farm, Herkimer, NY. Cracked some of them for an omelet 5 days after. I had to go through all 12 of them to find only 4 that looked like safe to cook. Threw out all of them because I didn'twant to risk it. The next day, I craked the other 12 with even worse outcome. Only 2 looked not as threatening for consumption. The accompanying pictures don't accurately reflect the dark color the yolks have. I didn't want to waste a good egg to put it with them for comparison. When I buy eggs from farmers directly, I use them up within 10-15 days. Have never had a similar problem. It is my understanding that eggs can keep a relatively long time even outside of the fridge (supermarkets don't even store them in refrigerators in Europe). These eggs must have been lying around for too long it they got to this condition.

Its beautiful inside. There is a wide range of what you can see ans purchase. Everyone is very friendly. This is my best market/event for the size. The coordinator is quite lovely. I suggest it to crafters who are looking to get out there again or of you are setting up. Parking is SUPER EASY. And theres an ATM machine. .

When I'm in town I love to stop at the market. Always a good selection of fruits and veggies, drinks and crafters. Grabbed a beautiful bowl and some delicious whiskey today along with a huge cinnamon roll. If you're in town on a Saturday, be sure to stop by.

I wasn't there for the public market. I was there to drop someone off at the train station. I did however get to check the market out and it looked organized and easy to navigate. There was a good crowd and many people leaving with purchases. Get us chance you should check it out.

Oneida County's largest and most diverse public market. Showcasing a wide variety of vendors and goods. Everything from farm fresh eggs, meat and produce to artisan baked goods, beverages and more. Oh and they even except SNAP. Truly a market for everyone.

It's a nice market for local produce and goods. Vendors should clearly label if they take tokens or vouchers on their tent though if they want more $ through that avenue.
