I reached out to Pacific Grove Property Management about a month ago and spoke with the loveliest lady who answered all my questions and put my mind at ease! We are moving to the peninsula this summer and most every other group we’ve talked to has put us off or been less than friendly as we’ve been told we were inquiring about the area and rentals “too early”. This dear lady (I think her name was Danielle) was welcoming, kind, and I was so glad to talk to her I think I said “it’s been breathtaking to talk with you today”😂. Chris Navarro has been incredibly patient and kind while exuding professionalism at all times. My family is going through a couple of situations where it's made it very difficult to connect, make a decision, and or get moved and Chris has been there every step of the way smiling right through the phone, even though I'm sure it's been difficult. He's had to put more work into our situation than others yet he's never made us feel as though it was a problem, in fact he's made it seem as though it's just another day in the real estate business.
