Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect home. She took the time to understand our needs, answered all of our questions with patience, and guided us through the entire process with ease. Lack of finishing detail. Lived in this new construction home for less than one year and compared to other national builders buying from PLH is not worth the extra money. During walkthrough they will say if you can't see the defect from a certain distance it isn't going to be worked on. I'll include photos but you can definitely tell they just rush builds out. This includes dry paint on carpet, mice dropping issue during inspection in the crawl space they responded that they didn't see any when they went down. Now as a more seasoned home owner mice do hide in the daytime and have caught over 50 in the crawl space. Very poor paint in the garage with dried paint drip. Another image includes the center of our fireplace with the wood being cut very unevenly.

Make sure as new buyers to be sure you have a plan for fixes prior to moving in.

PLH has been great to work with. We are working with both Tori and Karen for the design and purchase of our house. Both have been been extremely responsive, professional and helpful through every step of our first time design and build process. Karen was extremely patient with us when selecting our design and allowed us to go back and forth with our design. She even suggested some options when she didn’t think things would look good or fit in our house, that to say they do not force extra items on you if you don’t want them. It was a pressure free experience, where we felt comfortable saying yes and no to the things we wanted. One minor thing was that we had to reiterate certain items we wanted to make sure what we signed off on was correct. That being said, there are a lot of moving pieces so just make sure to double check that you and the designer/builder are on the same page for what you want. So far PLH has been wonderful to work with.

We had an amazing time designing our home with PLH! Karen King was our design consultant, and she was able to help us pull our choices together in a way that we were very happy with. She has an excellent eye in what did and did not go together, which we were very happy about, as we’re definitely not experts. She was also extremely patient with us, while we were trying to pick out tile, and she helped us pick flooring that would blend with it.m, and paint that would match our scheme.

When you are looking for a new home, you hope to find someone as nice and knowledgeable as Vicky to assist you! She answered all of our (many!) questions about the floorplan we were interested in as we toured the model with her, showed us examples of the same floorplan currently under construction in the neighborhood, explained how the Pacific Lifestyle Homes process works, and even helped us take some measurements in the model. She was so generous with her time—she’s amazing!

Wonderful eye catching homes for fantastic prices. They are willing to work with the buyer on modification that they might want.

The homes have great Curb appeal they are stunning on the inside and out. They do a nice job with the basic package for the house that you would be quite happy with out any of the upgrades. The basic package has some very nice touches that are Considered upgrades to most companies.

Gina is a great Realtor who if vary helpfully when it comes to helping you find out how to get what you need done for the house. She Listens to what you have to say and makes very helpful suggestions. If you have a question that she doesn't know the answer to she will get back to you in a bay or 2 with the answer.
