I would never recommend this company. I asked for scans of black & white at 600 dpi. They made me pay over $30 without even seeing the finished product. Once they finally email my files, I see the pages are way too light. Todd admitted in email that he chose to use gray scale instead because « black & white was even lighter. » I’ve never heard of a professional not changing the settings on a printer if something isn’t working. Didn’t hesitate to take my money. Didn’t give me a heads up that anything was wrong. Once I let him know I can’t use these files, he offered to correct the situation by darkening my line art in Photoshop. Once I said yes please, the company has ghosted me for the past 3 days. Out of money and no closer to getting my comic colored digitally. Thanks for nothing.

The next time you need a print or design job done, drive right past that Big Box Store and go to the people that actually care about your business. The service that I received here was outstanding, patient, and SKILLED. This is a friendly shop that will take the time to understand exactly what you want and deliver it promptly. They turned a stressful, time-sensitive project into a beautiful, streamlined multum in parvo.
