The best pyjama and resultant gift store for our family. Every time we visit we buy something. This Christmas we purchased candles there as well- a Christmas pudding scented candle and it was amazing. The pyjamas last as the quality is fabulous. Yes they are expensive but you get what you pay for! Always shop here!

I was having a nice time shopping with a very helpful staff member. Before i was about to check out, there was a older gentlemen skulking employees at a very busy time and was making them very uncomfortable. At one point he even went behind the counter and publicly told off one of the employees, I felt the entire store shift from a positive environment to a scary once. I'm not sure if this man worked there but he seemed to have a lot authority of the employees

Bought a pj pant in store today and ask this male staff for another piece of the same size pant because of the pant was ripped on the pocket side. After few minute of searching, this male staff come back to the counter and check it out for me. However, I found out I got the same ripped pant that I asked for a swap earlier after I got home. Very disappointed with the dishonest, if there weren’t have anymore stock to swap, should have just let the customer knows on the spot instead of just put the same broken piece into the shopping bag and sold to the customer. Will never come back to this store anymore.

I was going to purchase a few nice things I saw from their current sale but I ended up putting everything back because of how rude and cold the staff are. Had such an uncomfortable experience here. It’s a shame because I love PT and have been shopping here for years. It really wasn’t worth giving a store this ill-mannered money.

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Staff member Sally went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, while I chopped and changed my mind. Every person here is absolutely lovely, just a fantastic bunch of people.

Sold me a 2-pack of underwear which contained 2 different sizes but refused to rectify the situation. Got passed around to different staff members none of whom seemed to have a good grasp of their return policy.
