I subscribed inadvertently to the wrong subscription. I went online to cancel my subscription. It kept telling me I didn't have a subscription. However, they continued to take money out of my account. When I called, I was literally told "well, you should know that no one allows you to cancel a subscription online". I explain that they needed to make that clear. The representative rudely informed me I wasn't getting a refund. I hate that Sedalia Democrat outsourced to Phillips Media.

Tried to cancel my e-subscription online & was told I had to call in. It’s “their policy.” Well since I didn’t want to explain my health issues at this point plus, not their business, was told they would continue to take money out of my account with EZ-Pay. Waiting to see if I need to hire a lawyer or not.

Tried canceling but phone number I was given was filled with ads for other things then at end I was given another number to call, after a brief message I was given the number I just called. I find this company as a scam.
