Linda and company are fantastic. Always professional and friendly. I see a few negative reviews, like one who came in at closing and they couldn't help. Yes the close at 3 pm and that's because our town in in a depression. Also, all the pick ups have been done by then. They don't charge you for a pre-addressed return envelope if you're sending something back to Amazon or eBay (another store in town charges a few dollars for the free return label--Pigmint does not). They are reliable and in a place where businesses are closing and the post office charges a fortune for a PO Box, we are blessed to have Pigmint. They are completely in tune with the local culture. Bring your good attitude and they will respond in kind. Love them.

BEWARE. Do not trust Pigmint with your mail. Multiple packages containing Christmas gifts (that were sent across the country, to family that I wish I could have spent Christmas with) and delivered to a mailbox at Pigmint Press have gone missing. The woman who works at the counter is extremely rude and unhelpful. You would think that if one of your customers has had multiple packages gone missing on separate occasions the business owner would care to assist. Not the case here. Extremely shady business. Mail theft is a federal crime so I’m really not sure how this place is able to get away with this repeatedly and still remain in business. I hope the Pigmint employee who ended up with my sister’s Christmas gifts enjoyed them as much as she would have.

They were very helpful and attempt to be proactive by confirming the label they print with the customer. It was totally my fault I spelled the street wrong AND confirmed the misspellings as correct. BUT my package was still delivered on time and to the intended location! Thank you Pigment Press!

Unprofessional, and unprepared, the 2 who work there obviously dont care to help any one. They started by tell me they had all ready turned off there computer for the day (it was 3:00), then the man told me "i hope you dont think this is going out today!!", the lady was incredibly rude, being angry she had to turn her computer on. Then told me NOPE! She could not take me package because "THEY CANT READ THE BAR CODE"!! AND "THEY CANT MAKE A LABEL THERE"!!THESE PEOPLE DONT HAVE THE SOFTWARE TO TAKE PACKAGES!! THERE BASICALLY A HOLE WHERE UPS PICK UP THERE PACKAGES! T H E Y C A N T H E L P Y O U!!! unprofessional,ill-equipt, and lazy! Never seen 2 people so determined not to help a customer. In 2 words...douche bags..had to give 1 star to post..wish i could give negative stars..theyd be negative 5..these people have no business owning a store.. dont waste your time..

Lady who.works here is rude. spoke badly about customer who called in to me after getting off.phone. asked for PDF printed and then to.scan after signed. she could print "but guy who knows how to scan will not be in until tomorrow".... really in 2017..
