I contacted PIP after my original plans fell through with regards to creating a graduation banner for my niece. I worked with Mike and he told me to send the draft, they'll work on creating it. My niece created the design, I emailed my file to Mike. Within an hour of sending a final draft, my project was ready to review for approval. After I approved it, I received notification their team will begin working on my order. The completed banner was delivered to me the next morning, wrapped and ready for our flight. I couldn't have had a better experience and appreciate the entire PIP team for making this such a smooth process.

Patrick was very gracious with making changes to our design. We bounced multiple design changes back and forth via email and they were all quickly done to our liking. Turnaround time from approval to pickup was fast.
