OMG. I felt like a kid again. I haven’t been able to find a real Pizza Hut in over 10 years and hear it is. Yes, it’s Pizza Hut. Yes, it’s delicious, in its own way. The people that live here are so lucky. I think this is the only one in at least 100 miles.

Play New York style pizza. They made the pizza with the regular pizza crust. And they use mozzarella cheese instead. So it was the worst pizza ever. I couldn't even touch your eat it. I called back to try to get a refunded one. Not, and they were just being a*******, so gotten nowhere. This is definitely the worst pizza hut i've been to...

Went there yesterday. We were seated with menus and didn't get waited on for about 10 minutes. We placed a drink order (2 sodas), a small order of wings and a pizza. 10 minutes later, wings arrived. Then sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for pizza. Finally I got up to ask how much longer for the pizza. (They were not busy. There were only 2 other tables waiting for food). I was told that it was going to be a few more minutes because they had to make another pizza as the one we ordered got stuck to the pan. I asked for the check to pay for the wings and sodas, it was $18. Then we left. Almost an hour wasted waiting for pizza that never came. Never again. Stay away from this place. By the way, we passed by the salad bar on the way to the table and it was messy and dirty. Didn't order the salad bar because it looked so bad.

They take way too long and charged me 99 for 3 pizzas and some wings. Then when I got there they had me waiting and did not even tell me how much longer it would be. It would be nice if they could be kind and say you’ll be waiting an extra 30 minutes in the lobby. No one will tell you how much longer. They just leave you hanging. I would never ever come here again.

Great staff, Terry was accommodating, funny, quick and efficient. Bright light in this dark times. Pizza was just right, not to dry, not to greasy. Highly recommended.

Great experience here today. I have fond memories from childhood of participating in Pizza Hut's "Book It!" program. Now, it's really cool that my son can do it, too. It's too bad that there seems to be way less Pizza Huts in Upstate New York than there used to be, so I took my son to this one in Bennington. When we came in, my son asked if there were any coloring pages. Our waitress pointed out an entire "Kids' Corner" with not only full coloring books, but also games! My son diligently colored while we waited for our food, which we also enjoyed. I hope this review plays a small part in helping Pizza Huts like this one (and the "Book It!" Program) keep going!
