Power Guru has been top notch from the start, always responding quickly to questions, coming out to help and explain after installations (like Tesla batteries). They’re technically excellent; I have had no technical problems since installation. Their customer service is very responsive. I just received 3 months of credit from GMP, and couldn’t be more pleased with my solar.

PowerGuru designed and installed our solar system which has now been operational for a full year with no issues. Production has been in line with the design estimates and we ended the year with a modest net credit- ie all of our electricity requirements came from solar. The Tesla batteries they installed on the GMP Resilient Home program have been great during outages and have rendered our old generator redundant. We had a few issues getting the project mobilized but I think that was due to some personnel changes on their side and it was resolved once we raised it. Overall, a very positive experience.

Power Guru was great. They did a 10kw solar panel install on my barn plus they did the install for a dual tesla powerwall 2 (leased from green mountain power). My install was tricky because I also have an automatic whole house generator. Their engineer, Ned, figured out an excellent solution which saved them from having to put in around 300 feet of under ground cabling and saving me money.

We own a bunch of land, including a 5 acre field, along a section of road with no power. We have gardens there, some years raise lambs, every year we have 25 meat birds that we keep up there, and last year my wife planted 7 black walnuts that supposedly need a gallon of H2O per day during their first year. Without power, we were hauling a lot of water. So we had a well drilled and Power Guru set up 3 solar panels to run the pump to fill a large water tank we put up there. It works great. They designed the system, and we are very pleased.

Solar Guru is a wonderful company to do business with for Tessla batteries and Solar! Alex, the main contact person at Solar Guru is very professional and patient, answering all your questions, concerns; and Alex connects you to Green Mountain Power to access the Tessla Batteries and Solar on your property!
He is always accessible, even when he is on “vacation”. This type of customer service is phenomenal!
Ned, who works for Solar Guru will come to your home and make sure you are properly set up for the Tessla battery installation! Ned is extremely knowledgeable, non-threatening, kind, great communicator, and can answer any question or concern!
The installers, Morgan, Owen and Camden were fantastic! They showed up on time, and did not stop for a break or lunch until the job was done! They also were knowledgeable, very polite, and tolerant of our dogs barking while they were working!
