Working with this company has been a nightmare. I should have cancelled my order after waiting over a week for a proof, which never was done to my specifications. I ended up approving the art just to get some signs up. My mistake, time was ticking by and the sunk cost fallacy got me.

But even with that, it took 2 more weeks to get part of my order. The rest is lost somewhere. I chose this printer based on it's location, close enough to pick up the signs, and recommendation by prior customers of Thompson Signs, which is a Capitol City Press company.

The signs I did get, were shipped without my knowledge and to an address which was not appropriate to receive packages. The only excuse I received was: it was to expedite my order, since there had been a delay in production. Don't see how, I would have picked up my signs immediately after they were printed, and shipping added another 3 days.

They talk a nice game during the sales pitch and then nothing. The only reason I have any part of my order now, is because I keep requesting status updates.

- update- They have tried to set things right, which is much more than I expected. I'll still use another company though.
