Updated review. I’ve been waiting since July 4th for a manager to call me back to speak about the contract I signed. Today I was back charged for the payments I haven’t made because I’ve been waiting to speak with a manager. $835.15 I was back charged with out my approval and with out my card on the account anymore. This means they saved my information in their system with out my approval as well. This company is poorly run. The employee turn over rate is high. I don’t believe I spoke to the same person more than 2 times. The marketing they “helped” with did not add more business or contacts. Their review generator is poorly designed. This is the biggest sham for a small business I would steer clear.

SCAM COMPANY, STAY AWAY! They have no problem taking your money and locking you into a contract but not actually doing work. It takes about 3 days to actually get someone to call me back about anything then when I tried to cancel that took almost 2 weeks to finally talk to a manager that wasn’t lying to me. When I finally cancelled they duplicated my business listing and ruined the whole thing. They also use fake names, I got a call from a Michael Jordan but when I called back asking for him, they had no record of that name as an employee. Save yourself the money and headache and STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Public Reputation has been great for my business and well worth the investment! I've consulted with other companies, but it seemed that after they got my money I never heard from them again. This is an honest company that is truly out to help business owners increase their presence online. My account manager Jessica Reyes is awesome. Our monthly calls review what she is doing behind the scenes and lets me know that to expect next. She has gone above and beyond her duties and is always available if I have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend working with Public Reputation and have seen an increase in business because of all their efforts. Keep it up!

Public Reputation Is awesome. Public Reputation has been available whenever I needed them AND they have stepped in to make sure I have the right tools to be successful. Even when I felt I did not have the time to invest in my on-line reputation they did. I am very thankful they take the time to patiently and persistently work toward my companies successful public reputation. Thank you Faraneh for making me feel like I am your number one and most important client.

I do not like writing poor recommendations but I will say the people working for the company are very nice and I know they don't have control over google policies but when I signed up they did mention they had an in house google specialist that would help with the issues and challenges I was having and still to this day it has not been resolved. Who would buy from a business where the address shows another state than the state where the business is located. Also, I was told my business would be exposed to many platforms than google, and still, no word where that stands. I am disappointed with the results and services provided for the monies they charge monthly. A refund should be issued to those that are not happy with the services they provide.

Do not use this company! They are really good at signing you up and upselling you but when you want to cancel or change services you get someone in India and they will not honor your written cancelation even though our company did not get one call from their service. Once they have your credit card you cannot get rid of them and they will hound you. Run!

So don’t use this company!!! They sign you up for a year , and do nothing to support your business. My business way supposed to be linked so if you ask Alexa or seri “ where can I get a facial in Venice fl” my name will come up. But it never happened ... My contact ended end of May. June they took payment again. I called numerous times. Waiting for a call back. They said they did see that I wanted to cancel back in feb. but had to wait re: the contact. Ok now contract is over. I had to call the bank and have all payments to them blocked. Just don’t fall for their BS.

Monique McDowell is very helpful and informative about the tools needed to help a business progress professionally. She makes sure to keep up to date with our business frequently and genuinely seems to enjoy watching us grow! Her advice has been super helpful and has led us to new opportunities we would of never even thought of exploring. Her advice has led to us accumulating not only more clients -- but more passion to the idea of "expansion" and the potential our business truly has. Our business is more successful than ever since we've had her help. When I called for advice on how to gather reviews from customers, she was more than happy to go above and beyond and offer MULTIPLE ideas. On top of being a fantastic aid to our business, I love talking to Monique on the phone. She's hilarious, kind-hearted and it feels like a friend wanting to help another to grow and achieve great things.
