I have called an been told the same thing oh the public defender isn’t available leave a message an they will call you back and they do not call back this place is far from professional I have called with my daughter on the phone who yes is an young adult but I am still her mother and she has given me permission to speak on her behalf I called an ask for the supervisor to call me with my daughter on the phone an the PD called an was very nasty telling me I am not allowed to call when my daughter was on the phone an she gave permission for me to speak to anyone regarding her I need to know who to speak to so this can be handled because he was very rude and unprofessional an he is not trying to help her at all an that is what he is supposed to do

This is by far the worst place ever my uncle has been incarcerated since almost two month I’ve been calling 3 weeks straight to get the same results every time I understand that they have other clients but STEVEN HOOPER hasn’t attempted to return any of my calls I have left over a dozen messages I even explain this to the secretary this is ridiculous 3 weeks come on‼️‼️‼️
