Ashe helped me today and I was so thankful because I had a few things to ask him about on my new acct. He really could of just told me what to do to fix the issues I needed to deal with but instead, he went above and beyond to help me and walked me through the whole process (at my pace) to make sure I was taken care of completely (and correctly)! Wonderful customer service! He was not only super helpful but very personable, friendly and nice! PECU is very lucky to have a wonderful staff member like Ashe and he reflects so well on your financial institution! I think as a new member, I’m going to like it here. The service was awesome. Janah, on her own initiative hurried my application so that my credit score wasn't harmed. Janah was great at getting the necessary information from me and forgiving when i forgot something. At closing, everyone was so nice and helpful. A lot of signing but fast. I'm very satisfied.

We've been with PECU since 1988 - including since we moved to Pennsylvania in 2006. Even despite the move, given the electronic era (and the national credit union partnerships) staying with PECU has been a breeze, making banking easy, low cost, and secure.

My dad had an account at PECU for decades and loved it. At some point he made me executor to his will and added me to the account so I could write checks on his behalf. Unfortunately, he passed in 2023. I have been blown away with how amazing PECU has been. Diane Miller reached out and helped me with several items, including dealing with a cell phone provider who was problematic canceling his account, even with a death certificate. Many of the tellers remembered my dad and would say such nice things when I picked up statements. Losing a loved one is so hard. I am grateful for the kindness, help, and truly exceptional service I received from PECU.
